Ensure that you have lots of healthy snacks in the fridge, fruit within easy reach and meals that have a variety of vegetables and different meats. If this is the only thing that is on offer your teenager, not only will they be forced to eat these foods, it will soon become normal for them to have healthy snacks.


One essential thing is to not ban unhealthy food; this will just make your teenager want to eat junk food even more. The trick to easy teen weight loss is varied food in subtle ways so your teenager has good access to a variety of foods.
